With ATR’s new Polaris RZR Front Sway Bar Links you can have the best of both worlds by being able to quickly disconnect your sway bar for more suspension articulation for trail riding, and quickly reconnect it for more stability for higher speed riding.

ATR Sway Bar Disconnects feature 4 Chromoly heim joints that allow for bind free movement. The rod ends are teflon lined to keep them free of dirt and prevent premature wear. Sway Bar links are CNC machined from Aircraft grade aluminum and have a black annodized finish. Bowtie style pins are used to be able to quickly disconnect and reconnect sway bar.

Whether you’re out on the trail alone, camping with family or just riding with friends for fun, there is always a need for more cargo space. When it comes to UTV sport models, the Polaris RZR is at the top of the list and even though it might not have as much room in the back as some others, it’s great fun and if you’re anything like me, you will sacrifice some ergonomics for performance any day!

In the past, RZR owners had to pack light or just pile it on the back and use numerous bungee cords to make all their precious cargo stay in place. That’s not the case anymore thanks to Seizmik’s new rear cargo rack!

Their Occam’s Razor Rear Rack System provides more than double the normal rear cargo space and it features a pivoting basket so you can access and store items below it. The durable all steel construction is sure to last and matches with the stock cage well. The rack is raised high enough off the bed that it will help keep those sensitive cargo items up and away from the engine heat, but it’s also low enough that it won’t interfere with rearward field of view.

Seizmik’s rear rack provides all of these features and it’s easy to install! The system is simple and comes with the following: one rack, two support arms, two roll cage clamps and two support arm clamps.

The first step is to remove the factory Torx bolt in the rear cargo area and then install the support arms with the same bolt.

After the supports are in place, I fastened the roll cage clamps into place.

Now comes the fun part, installing the rack. I used the support posts to hold it into place and then secured it into place with the necessary bolts and washers to the cage clamps. Once I had it secured, I installed the support arm clamps and I was finished!

Here are some before and after shots:

Additional angles:

Seizmik has added the Versa-Shield, a high-performance split windshield designed to allow the rider to configure the windshield based on the weather to its extensive line of UTV accessories. The Versa-shield can be quickly configured without tools as a full windshield, lower half windshield or upper half windshield. When configured as a full windshield, the Versa-Shield provides the rider with full protection from the elements including superior eye and face protection. In the lower half windshield configuration the Versa-Shield deflects the air down, away from the rider’s face, creating a more comfortable open air riding experience. The upper half windshield configuration is perfect for dusty trails because it pressurizes the cab, keeping dust out while allowing air into the cab.

Seizmik has a Versa-Shield model for the 2009-2010 Polaris Rangers, Kawasaki Teryx, and the Yamaha Rhino. Got a hardtop? No problem, the Versa-Shield works with all hardtops and Seizmik accessories. The Versa-Shield can be configured on the fly in under a minute without tools thanks to Seizmik’s quik-twist knobs. Seizmik uses only rust-proof hardware in its accessories.

The Versa-Shield is great addition to Seizmik’s ever expanding selection of indestructible UTV accessories. The Versa-Shield is a great addition to Seizmik’s ever expanding selection of indestructible UTV accessories. Before you tear it up the trails, try combining the Versa-Shield with a Seizmik cab enclosure for complete protection from the elements.
The latest edition to the RevArc line of ramps is the new RevArc HD (Heavy Duty) designed to load large Side by Sides into a truck or trailer. With a 2100 lb capacity, 64” wide, and 90” long, this ramp can work with Rhinos, RZR’s, Gators, and Argos. At 48 lbs, the lightweight design can easily be positioned and handled by anyone, and it slips under a UTV for easy storage.

Keith Evans of Bosski explains, “RevArc HD is an innovative hybrid ramp. It features the performance of an arched ramp with the stability and safety of a tri-fold ramp”. Because it is simple to use, consumers rarely have to second guess whether the ramp is lined up with the UTV. Just position the ramp, lock the single strap, and load with confidence. RevArc HD is so innovative it was recognized as one of the top powersports products of the year. Bosski revolutionized the ATV-pull-behind-cart market with their ATV Wagon, and now they are doing it in the ramp market with RevArc.

“Everyone loves Bi-fold ramps, now imagine the convenience of an arched folding ramp- that’s RevArc”, says Evans. “Nobody does anything like this and sales are strong”. Reports indicate the RevArc dealer base has gone from 20 to now over 250 dealers in the past 12 months. Kurt’s Polaris, which has 3 stores, offers RevArc. “It’s a better product- better pricing than anything else we sell,” says Wiley of Kurts.

Also new from Bosski in 2010 is updated packaging on the entire ramp line and the new Lifetime Warranty. “Consumers want a better product at a great price, so we are giving them extra piece of mind with a Lifetime Warranty”, says Evans. Should the ramp ever malfunction from defects in workmanship or materials, Bosski will repair or replace it. Finally, a quality Point of Purchase is placed on every ramp with large 18” x 20” packaging.

Powersports dealers need to continue to find new ways to differentiate themselves from the “big box” and discount stores; RevArc ramps are distinctly unique and offered only in the powersports industry direct from Bosski.

RevArc HD retails at $299 and can be found at quality dealers across the US.

ATR’s new dash bar for the Polaris RZR is based off of their original dash bar and includes mounts for a Rigid Industries 30″ LED Light Bar over the dash. The beauty of this mounting location is that it’s down low where it is protected from branches, debris or worst case, a rollover! If you’ve ever bought one of these LED light bars or are looking into buying one, then you know that you want a safe, in a well performing location that protects this high-end accessory.

The dash bar bolts on using ATR’s tube clamps machined from half inch thick DOM. The tube clamps are machined to mount over the roll cage bungs and adds strength to these connections. LED light mount features bolt on machined caps that cover up the light bar bolts. Machined caps are also pocketed to cover the mounting tabs for a nice clean mount. Machined caps and tube clamps feature stainless machine screws.

Why did Powersports Business select UTV Tech’s new RZR Lockable Cargo Box as one of the first 25 Nifty Fifty winners at the Dealer Expo held in Indianapolis in February? Could it be its innovative design that creates 4.8 cubic feet of space that holds almost twice as much as competing boxes? On a recent ride in the desert in Glamis, California the UTV Tech RZR Cargo Box started out with a cooler with ice and six 20-oz bottles, food, spare drive belts and a tool bag, As the day warmed up six jackets and six sweatshirts were added and there was room to spare. On another trip there was room for two sleeping bags, two foam pads, four-person dome tent, cooler, clothes and rain gear for two people.

The Lockable Cargo Box is a must-see winner that is made of 0.090 aircraft grade aluminum, attaches to the bed using the stock tie-down D rings, powder coated black, compatible to the RZR and the RZR-S, weighs 32 pounds, does not interfere with your line of sight through your rear-view mirror, and above all else you have a place to lock your valuables.

MSRP $495.00

Dimensions: 39″ wide x 22″ deep x 17.75″ tall

Storage capacity: 4.8 cu. ft.

Lid is an over center design complete with water and dust gasket

lockable T Handle latch with key

Mounts using stock bed tie down hardware

These plates lift the front of the motor and transmission cases for better ground clearance. The stock motor mount location allows the motor and transmission cases to hang below the bottom of the frame rails.

The Holz Racing Products Gear Case Lift Plates will help to better protect the underside of your expensive gear case housings from impact by raising them out of harms way!
I recently had the chance to work on a buddies Polaris RZR 170 and bolt on some new fun products from Factory UTV! Even those these three parts are rather simple and a snap to install, they made a huge difference visually!

After my friends son saw my RZR with the half-doors, top and 4-point seat belts, his son just had to have his 170 look just like my grownup version of his little RZR. So as this lucky kid would have it, his dad got to ordering from Factory UTV and got in these sweet doors and top:

These four items were straight bolt-ons and even used some of the factory bolts to hold them into place. The restraint bar and Crow seat belts were also very easy to install. The bar went on with four bolts supplied by Factory UTV and mounted right up to stock wholes on the factory 170 cage. The bottom portion of the belts took a bit more work as it was hard to reach the factory seat belt bolts, but after removing some screws and plugs that held the body plastics on, it went rather quickly.

And that was pretty much it! Those few items and the little 170 went from looking like a kids toy, to looking like something made for grownups!

Tired of feeling like your blind at night and squinting to see through those old factory yellow lights? Well Side X Side Customs is proud to announce its Yamaha Rhino Hi/Low HID Headlight Kit!

This new HID headlight conversion kit offers true plug and play ease and should take less than an hour to install. The kit includes a slim digital 35 watt ballast with 6000K bulbs, a complete wiring harness that allows it to interface into the factory headlight harness without cutting any wires and a mounting plate for a clean and easy install.

Unlike other HID conversion kits this kit allows you to retain full functionality of the factory headlight switch and no more single beams!

The beauty of HID headlights is they draw less power to operate than the factory stock bulbs. They only draw 35 watts per side as opposed to 55 watts of power draw per side with the factory bulbs. These HID lights are also 3 times brighter then stock halogen bulbs and are a must for any economical lighting upgrade or night rider.
