2011 TERYX 750 FI 4×4 LE

Start with the ultimate platform for outdoor fun, add a few luxury accessories, and the Teryx™ 750 FI 4×4 LE is born. Equipped with a cab roof, deflector windshield, retractable cup holders and automotive-style paint, the LE is intended for the rider who wants to venture off the beaten path but still wants a bit of comfort.

Like all Teryx models, the Teryx LE is powered by a 749cc V-twin engine linked to a fully automatic continuously variable transmission, which features high and low ranges and a reverse gear. The CVT gives a very direct feel from the engine, and instantaneous acceleration – ideal characteristics for sport riding.

The LE rides on a wide chassis that helps enhance vehicle stability and provides plenty of shoulder and legroom to comfortably accommodate two adults. The engine’s placement in the chassis helps provide an optimum front/rear balance.

A forward-tilting hinged front hood provides easy access to the front suspension and radiator, a rigid tilt bed frame enhances the cargo box, and a large radiator fan helps deliver efficient cooling.

Power, is of course, at the heart of the matter when it comes to a machine like the Teryx, and when it comes to performance, no other RUV can touch this one’s 749cc 90-degree four-valve-per-cylinder V-twin: Not only is this engine plenty powerful, its 90-degree configuration gives it perfect primary balance, for unmatched smoothness at any rpm – and a great exhaust note that sets the Teryx apart from lesser RUVs.

• Dual front 200mm disc brakes gripped by 27mm twin-piston calipers and Kawasaki’s sealed, oil-bathed, multi-disc rear brake system provide maximum stopping power in all conditions
•  Large 26-inch Maxxis tires were specially developed for the Teryx to maximize forward traction while promoting optimum handling characteristics
